As a trusted production partner with prior experience working with Conrail, our team was ready to deliver. We specialize in creating interview-based content — especially with people who don’t spend their lives in front of a camera.

Our Process:

  • We reviewed the old video to identify what needed to change

  • Collaborated with Conrail’s HR team to develop interview questions that addressed job roles, work-life balance, and employee benefits

  • Filmed on-site at a working rail yard, capturing B-roll and interviews with engineers and conductors — many of whom had over 20 years of experience

The tone was honest and straightforward. Our aim was to show the reality of working on the railroad, not sugarcoat it — and that authenticity shines through in every frame.

Filming in a live train yard isn’t easy. Locomotives were constantly moving, and sound was a constant challenge. Our crew adapted on the fly, using strategic positioning, directional microphones, and efficient scheduling to capture clean, professional-quality audio and video without disrupting operations.
